What is the difference between MagBound® Basic and MagBound® Premium?

The Basic version consists of a robust, black plastic housing. It cannot be used with the Handpranger or other restraint extensions, but otherwise has the same locking force and can be used with both timers.
The premium lock has a high-quality aluminum housing with an elegant finish and can be used universally.

What is the difference between Digital Timer and the Smart Timer?

The Digital Timer can easily be programmed and features a small display. The Smart Timer can be controlled using a mobile device or a computer with Wifi. It provides additional features such as the Random mode and can be updated with other software.

What kind of power bank can I use together with the MagBound® lock?

You can use almost any portable battery, even cheap ones as long as they have a USB-A port. Be aware that big batteries can lead to very long locking times. Some models are suggested in a table in the product pictures.

Can I have a customized version of product xy?

We try to fulfill every customer request. Our on-site metalworking capacity is limited, but we can customize all plastic parts. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

Neutral boxes, a private address and discreet wording for customs documents ensure maximum discretion.

 

What is the name that will appear on my bank statements?

We ensure discreet wording is used for bank statements as well.
